Ames-based Workiva has been named to the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For for the third year in a row, Workiva announced Monday. The company ranked 61st on the 100 Best list and was also ranked 12th on the Best Workplace in Technology list. Workiva is the only Iowa company listed by Fortune for 2021. The announcement comes after a year of transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic, during which Workiva expanded and introduced multiple work-from-home policies including stipends, additional holidays, flexible mobile work policies and expanded employee resource groups.
