Ames-based data compliance software provider Workiva has opened two new offices in Frankfurt, Germany and Paris, France, the company announced this week. Workiva also has offices in Amsterdam and London, as well as in 12 U.S. cities and two Canadian cities. French and German companies are struggling with global statutory reporting, Workiva said, and beginning Jan. 1, 2020 the European Securities and Markets Authority will mandate a new taxonomy for more than 5,000 EU issuers in annual reports.
