The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority has opened a new office to serve as the regulator’s hub regarding fintech innovation, reports Financial Planning. The Office of Financial Innovation was created out of the pre-existing Innovation Outreach Initiative, which was established in mid-2017 to help the regulator better understand fintech innovations.
