Per Mar Security Services promoted Brian Duffy from chief operating officer to president and CEO, the Davenport security firm announced Tuesday. Duffy is the third generation of the Duffy family to lead Per Mar, which was founded by John and Eleanor Duffy in 1953. Brian Duffy joined Per Mar full time in 2012 as general manager of the Cedar Rapids branch. He assumed his new role on Jan. 1.
