Lincoln Savings Bank announced Monday Jeremiah Braunlin has been hired as fintech product manager. Braunlin joins the LSBX team, where he will help create partnerships and platforms connecting community banking and fintech banking to help LSB grow regionally and nationally, according to a release. “Jeremiah has values that are aligned with LSB.  I expect big things from him this next year as we build out our products and partnerships,” said Ryan Hildebrand, Strategic Innovation Officer for LSBX. “His experience and leadership will allow us to serve businesses digitally both locally to our Iowa footprint and nationally as we scale our SBA, USDA and Business lending efforts.”

Braunlin’s most recent role was leading business development and strategic partnerships at Betterfin, a New York based Y-Combinator-backed fintech platform for small business owners. The Harvard University graduate previously worked for Goldman Sach’s and a boutique private equity real estate shop. Braunlin will remain based in northern New Jersey. The LSBX team and banks’ connection to fintechs were featured in the cover story of the Jan. 14 Business Record (Insider).
