The Technology Association of Iowa has announced the graduation of the inaugural cohort of the Iowa Technology Leadership Institute. There were 25 members in the cohort who are technology leaders at technology companies across Iowa looking to take the next step in their careers. The classes focus on the nontechnical aspects of leadership that technical education and experience may not provide from mentorship to small group problem-solving.

The ITLI curriculum was developed and facilitated by the technology executives in residence Michelle Bates, chief innovation officer of Revology Inc., and Dave Tucker, partner at Next Level Ventures, with leadership from the TAI board of directors. All of the participants have chosen to join the ITLI Alumni Network. View the full list of cohort members at technologyiowa.org.

Applications for the 2023 cohort of the program open on July 12.
