BrokerTech Ventures announced Wednesday a second year of a strategic partnership with InsureTech Connect, the world’s largest insurtech conference. During the 2022 InsureTech Connect conference this fall, BTV will again host the BrokerTech Connect insurtech series focused on the insurance broker community.
This year’s series will include broker-centric thought leaders, industry expertise, entertainment, and a BTV demo day featuring the insurtech companies that are a part of the 2020, 2021 and 2022 cohort classes.
“Our desire to engage in and fuel BrokerTech Connect comes from BTV’s industry position as the convener of broker-centric innovation, ideation and communication for the global insurance ecosystem,” said Dan Keough, Holmes Murphy Chairman and CEO and BTV co-CEO. “We represent the brokerage community and the voice of the client, and we believe there is significant value in the community the ITC team has been building since 2016.”
In addition to the first BrokerTech Connect series at the 2021 ITC conference, BTV and ITC collaborated in 2020 on a virtual conference attended by brokers and agents from around the world.
