Jackie Mosier has joined Growers Edge as vice president of mortgage lending, the agricultural fintech company announced on June 30.
Mosier will help Growers Edge build a digital mortgage platform that simplifies farmland valuation by providing real-time data for farmers, investors and real estate professionals. “As a farmer myself, I know how difficult it can be to access financing for farmland mortgages, and I am thrilled to use my skills and knowledge of the industry to make this more attainable,” Mosier said.
Most recently, she held the role of vice president of relationship management with Conterra Ag Capital. She started her career in ag finance in 2006 at Farm Credit Mid-America and she’s held senior-level roles with First Financial Bank and Rabo AgriFinance. Mosier earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Northwestern Ohio, and a bachelor’s in accounting from Defiance College.
