Nominations are open for the Iowa Biotech Leader of the Year Award through Feb. 3. The award is given to an individual who has demonstrated leadership in their organization and within the industry, an ability to bring innovative biotechnology products and services to the marketplace, and a commitment to advocate for Iowa’s biotechnology industry. The recipient will be determined by a committee of individuals with roles in Iowa’s biotechnology industry. The winner will be announced and presented during the Iowa Biotech Showcase and Conference on March 7-8 in Ankeny.
