The Iowa State University Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship has been recognized by the Accreditation Council for Entrepreneurial and Engaged Universities’ (ACEEU) Triple E Awards for the second year. The Pappajohn Center received runner-up in the category of America’s Most Impactful Initiative of the Year. Universities in North and South America were eligible for the awards. The award was presented at the 2024 ACEEU Americas Forum, held in Sao Paulo, Brazil. According to a news release, the Triple E Awards recognize efforts around the world in entrepreneurship and engagement in higher education and emphasize universities’ mission to engage with the community and ecosystem. Award ceremonies were also held for the European and African and Asia-Pacific regions. In 2023, the ISU Pappajohn Center was awarded Entrepreneurial University of the Year for the Americas, the highest recognition given by ACEEU.
