Central College hosts Entrepreneur Speaker Series

Central College is hosting an event series featuring entrepreneurs and workshops hosted by Matt Sutter, lecturer of accounting and director of entrepreneurship at Central. Each event begins at 7 p.m. and is open to the public. For the event locations, click here

The sessions are:

  • Oct. 10: Clayton Mooney, chief farmer at Clayton Farms, an indoor farming operation based in Ames. 
  • Oct. 17: Kimberly Baeth, owner of Golden Openings, a Johnston-based event planning business.
  • Oct. 24: Billie Asmus, CEO of Hampton-based Repaint Studios, which provides reusable paint supplies.
  • Oct. 31 and Nov. 7: Sutter will host pitch workshops teaching participants how to deliver a presentation of their ideas, products or company that will be noticed by potential investors.
