The Lamberti Center for Rural Entrepreneurship at Buena Vista University is moving from the Foundry in downtown Storm Lake to the first floor of Grand Hall on BVU’s campus. The move, made possible by a $2 million anonymous gift, will provide a larger space, offering students, faculty and the Storm Lake community access to resources and support to develop entrepreneurial skills and launch their own ventures, according to a press release. The new location will feature expanded facilities, including small conference rooms, coworking areas and incubator and accelerator spaces. The renovation of the first floor of Grand Hall will begin this summer. The center will continue operating at the Foundry until renovations at its new location are complete.
