The Iowa Lean Consortium is asking for proposals for breakout presentations at its 2026 Annual Conference on Oct. 22 in Altoona. It is seeking breakout presentations that align with the principles of Lean — continuous improvement, change management and/or enterprise transformation while engaging, informing and offering practical insights. Priority will be given to proposals that not only provide actionable takeaways for attendees to implement immediately but also share first-hand experiences, case studies and personal Lean journeys. Breakout sessions are 60 minutes long, with 50 minutes of presentation and 10 minutes of Q&A. To submit a breakout proposal, visit the event page.
