VizyPay, a West Des Moines-based payment processing company, has acquired Nevada-based competitor Echo Daily, the company announced last week. VizyPay will open a second office location in Lake Tahoe, Nev., and is gaining proprietary technology for a point-of-service loyalty program to expand existing service offerings to small business owners, the company said in a statement.

West Des Moines-based automation services distributor Ramco Innovations acquired Richard Greene Company of St. Louis, Mo., Ramco announced this week.
