Urbandale-based Prositions Inc., a leader in micro-learning, performance support libraries, eLearning, and technology, announced plans to merge with Media Partners Corp., a global producer and distributor of people skills training films and learning content based in Bellevue, Wash. The merger is expected to close within the next few weeks. Media Partners will license Prositions’ content assets, software, distribution agreements and customer contracts. The merger will result in a comprehensive set of training solutions for classroom training, eLearning, and on-demand micro-learning, the companies said in a news release. “Merging Prositions’ complementary content, technology and talent into Media Partners delivers great benefits for our customers,” said John Hansen, CEO of Media Partners. “Our clients gain a strengthened, award-winning soft skills content library with thousands of new titles and an array of micro-learning videos. Prositions’ mobile-first technology – DashTrain GO – also provides the mobile experience many of today’s employees demand,” he said.
