Twelve Iowa technology players have been honored in the ongoing 2020 Prometheus Awards Week, and three more are waiting to hear their names after the 9 a.m. webcast release on Friday.
Among the statewide winners as of Thursday are five Central Iowa awardees: Cemen Tech of Indianola, Tractor Zoom of Urbandale, Hy-Vee and UnityPoint Health of West Des Moines, and Lana Fox (ClinicNote Inc.) of Des Moines.
The Prometheus Awards, presented by the Technology Association of Iowa and LWBJ, typically take place in early April as an evening banquet and were postponed initially by TAI, before transitioning into a fully virtual weeklong event due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. TAI is announcing three new category winners each morning this week.
Upcoming Central Iowa finalists in Prometheus categories are LenderClose and Performance Livestock Analytics, in the category Small/Medium Technology Company of the Year.
The full list of statewide finalists is available online.
