Per Mar Security Services will acquire Armor Security, a residential and commercial security and locksmith provider out of Minnesota. The owners of Armor Security, Doug and Margarita Wilson, are retiring and decided to hand over the business to another company. “We chose Per Mar because it is a well-respected, family-owned company that shares our core values of high customer and employee care,” the Wilsons said in a news release. “Our customers’ safety and security will continue to be their #1 goal.” The former Armor Security team was hired by Per Mar and is working out of the security company’s location in Bloomington, Minn.
