Jon Dlouhy and Amanda Werts have joined fintech LenderClose, both as vice presidents of marketing. Dlouhy’s role is leading LenderClose’s product marketing and brand strategy, developing strategies for product innovation, digital acquisition and managing the LenderClose brand’s creative direction. He was most recently director of marketing and communications for Kingland Systems, and brings 15 years of industry experience.

Werts oversees demand generation and sales strategy. She will develop the marketing tech-stack and customer relationship management strategy and enable the company’s growth with customer insights and data. Her 20 years in the field have included roles as marketing program manager at Wells Fargo and most recently director of marketing at NCMIC Group.

In 2021, LenderClose completed a $10 million series B funding round and increased the number of employees and leaders by more than double, according to a press release. The company plans to hire an additional 22 employees throughout the rest of 2022.
