The Technology Association of Iowa has announced the 24 members who will participate in Iowa Tech Connect, a professional development program for early-career tech professionals. The six-month program will feature immersive learning experiences and a strong emphasis on relationship building, a news release said. The cohort members come from companies in a range of industries, including VGM Group, ITA Group, Fareway Stores, Farm Bureau and Lean Techniques. John Deere, EMC Insurance Cos. and Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business are partners of the program. “This program is not just a conduit for technical prowess but a channel for cultivating the leaders of tomorrow,” Joe Riesberg, senior vice president and chief information officer at EMC Insurance Cos., said in a prepared statement.
