Catherine Tran has stepped down as executive director of Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit to accept a new opportunity. Her last day was May 8. Tran was the organization’s first executive director and oversaw much of its expansion beyond the national event in Iowa. Justin Hollinrake started as the new executive director on April 21. He will be based in Des Moines and the first event he will lead is the Regional Immigrant Entrepreneurs Summit in Bloomington on June 5. According to the announcement, Hollinrake has served as campaign manager for a successful Iowa Senate race and currently serves on the Ankeny City Council.
