Pam Wellman, who serves as vice president of human resources at Mediacom Communications, was recognized as one of the cable industry’s “Most Powerful Women of 2021” by Cablefax, a news source on the cable television and broadband industry. Wellman leads all human resources functions for Mediacom’s National Field Operations Group, which has employees in 22 states. She has been a Mediacom executive since 2001.
