Iowa ABI, Lean TECHniques holding webinar on digital transformation in manufacturing
The Iowa Association of Business and Industry and consulting company Lean TECHniques are hosting a webinar on Oct. 27 on the state of digital transformation among Iowa manufacturers. The webinar will start at 11 a.m. According to a 2023 Gartner report, 80% of CEOs in manufacturing report increasing digital technology investments to counter current economic pressures, but few of these initiatives are delivering the return on investment that executives expect.
Registration for high school Business Horizons program closes July 10
Iowa high school students are eligible for Business Horizons, a statewide summer innovation program offered annually by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry Foundation. The five-day program will be held July 16-20 at Drake University. The deadline to register is July 10. Students will develop problem-solving and leadership skills through entrepreneurial experiences and competitions.
