Cedar Rapids, Davenport and Des Moines are three of the top 10 U.S. cities to work in tech, according to SmartAsset’s sixth annual report, which examined 172 cities nationally. The three Iowa cities take fourth, fifth and sixth place — below Columbus, Ohio; Dallas, Texas; and Raleigh, N.C.
